Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and UnionPay. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal, Shop Pay and Google Pay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal, Shop Pay and Google Pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Payment issues: My card keeps being declined, and now I see failed transactions on my bank account. What should I do?

We understand the frustration and inconvenience caused by payment issues. Here are some steps you can take:

  • For declined payments: Please ensure that all your card's billing details, including the security code and billing address, are entered correctly and match those associated with your card. Our system requires exact matches for the sake of security.
  • Handling failed transactions: Failed transactions usually rectify themselves within a few days. However, if the issue persists, please don't hesitate to email us on help@beybstore.com. We're here to help sort it out.

Ordering and delivery

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@beybapparel.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us 12 hours straight away after ordering, via help@beybapparel.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. Please refer to this delivery cost table (add link) to check the postage fees for different destination countries. If your order value is more than $75, we provide free shipping within the U.S.

How long until my order ships?

Processing Time: Typically 1-2 weeks, often sooner. This is the time we take to make and fulfill your order.

Shipping Speed:

  • EU Orders: 2-5 business days.
  • International Orders: 1-4 weeks.

Please Note: These are just estimates. Occasionally, delays can happen due to factors beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is packed and ready, we'll send you a tracking number via email. It may take about 12 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

What should I do if I enter my shipping address incorrectly?

If you realize that your shipping address is incorrect, please email us as soon as possible at shipping@beybapparel.store. We'll do our best to update it before your order is shipped. However, if your order has already been dispatched, you'll need to contact the courier directly for further assistance.

Important: Your package will be sent to the exact address you provide. That's why it's crucial to double-check your address when placint an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address you've entered, you will be responsible for the re-ship cost. Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for items shipped to an incorrect address.

What if my package is marked "Delivered" but I can't find it?

In case your package is marked "Delivered" but you haven't received it, start by checking around your delivery area and confirming the shipping address you provided. Sometimes, packages can be marked as "delivered" before they actually arrive. If you still can't find your package after 3 days, we recommend contacting the courier to file a claim.

While we strive to ensure every order reaches its destination, please understand that BEYB Apparel cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our facility.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Unfortunately, as of now we do not accept returns and we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about clothing sizes, we recommend ordering the two closest. All sales are FINAL.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via help@beybapparel.com with the details. 

Please note: Differences in color due to screen settings or lightning conditions are not considered as damage.
